The company was founded to serve overseas PPE distributors and importers with consistent, factory-direct supply of dipped and coated work gloves.

    Incoming yarns, liners, and coating compounds are checked against specification before entering production.

    Knitting / liner preparation

    Seamless liners are knitted or prepared to the required gauge and size for each order.

  3. Step 03

    Dipping / coating

    Liners pass through automated dipping lines for PU, PVC, nitrile, or latex coating application.

  4. Step 04

    Curing & drying

    Coated gloves are cured under controlled temperature to stabilize the coating layer.

    Quality inspection

    Batch sampling covers coating uniformity, seam integrity, sizing, and visual defects.

    Packing & export documentation
